In 2021, my world changed forever ... and I didn't even know it. I was a busy single mom working full-time as a 911 Supervisor. I was finishing my 26th year in Emergency Services and was wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor. Thankfully, navigating the world of coaching and mentoring was familiar so it was a natural pivot to become a Life Coach specializing in Trauma. This is where The Clarity Collab was born and I am loving it. Still in progress, Still healing... but loving it. I am on a mission to live my best life and be the healthiest I've ever been by the time I turn 50 (10-30-25). I am focused on finding my way back to health and wellness, both physically and mentally.
